I obtained this silver bowl from an estate sale and it was heavily tarnished and had not been cleaned in a while. I tried the home solution of soaking it in a sink lined with tin foil, added boiling water, salt and baking soda, which worked very well but the only thing is, the original sticker came off!!! Please see attached pictures of what the sticker looked like before and the residue left on the bottom from where the sticker was. Engraved on the bottom is the Wm. A. Rogers name.
